Shropshire Food Enterprise Centre is one of only 10 such centres in the UK. It is a state of the art facility providing high quality fully equipped food production units and on site business support. There is also a café at the centre serving delicious lunches and snacks which can also be hired out as a demonstrator kitchen for businesses already located in the centre and for those visiting. The Shropshire Food Enterprise Centre forms part of the Golden Triangle of public sector support institutions in close proximity.
The Golden triangle consists of Harper Adams University Regional Food Academy in Newport, Reaseheath College Food and Dairy processing facilities in Nantwich and the NOW food testing centre at University of Chester in Chester.
